Dango & Dienanthal India has manufactured & supplied the following machineries to all major steel plants in the country:

Slag Racking Machine
This machine is used for precise and quick removal of slag from metal bath in pig iron ladies, steel ladies and other metallurgical vessels. The capacity of the machine lies between 10 Kn and 30 Kn.
Box Charging Machine
This machine is used for charging the furnace and for distributing the material. The capacity of this machine lies between 15 Kn and 50 Kn.
Tap Hole & Clay Gun Machine
This machine is used for Blast Furnace applications.
Forging Manipulator
Mobile Forging Manipulators are suitable for precise handling of small to very large ingots while forging. In addition, they can be used for transporting the ingots between furnaces and forging processes or hammers. Load carrying capacity of this machine lies between 8Kn and 850 Kn.
Transport Manipulator
The use of this machine is to transport cold and hot ingots from furnace to open die forge hammer. The capacity of this machine lies between 3.5 Kn and 250 Kn.
Robot
Robot is an art of integration. Once set, process and manufacturing sequence can proceed fully automatically considering individually programmed safety features, locking devices and adequate infrastructure. Load carrying capacity of this machine lies between 2.5Kn and 150 Kn. Machine is ideally suited for automatic Ring Rolling Line.
